Can I reserve an item online and pick it up in store?
Yes. Reserve any item from our online catalog and we’ll hold it for 24 hours. Come in to inspect, pay, and take it home.
What does each condition grade mean?
New in Box: Sealed or unused. Open Box: Box opened but item is in like-new condition. Gently Used: Light wear, fully functional. Scratch & Dent: Cosmetic damage but works as intended.
When does new inventory arrive?
Thursday is our favorite day of the week. π Every Wednesday we shut the doors so the team can unpack a fresh truckload β inspecting, photographing, and pricing every single item. By the time we unlock Thursday morning at 10am, the floor is packed wall-to-wall with brand-new deals: appliances, electronics, tools, toys, kitchen gear, you name it. The early birds get first crack at the best stuff, so set a reminder, grab a friend, and come see what showed up. This is the day deal-hunters live for.
Can I return something I bought?
All sales are final. Because every item is inspected, photographed, and graded before purchase, we ask that you check it carefully in the store before paying. Our staff is happy to help you test electronics or examine any item.
Do you ship items?
Right now we’re a local pickup-only store. The website is a catalog so you know what’s in stock before you make the trip β no shipping, no online checkout.
Where do your products come from?
We buy liquidation pallets from major national retailers β overstock, customer returns, and open-box inventory. Brands you recognize, sold at a fraction of original retail.
